No abrasive cleaner should be used and never use these service trays as cutting board. Recommend using more than 90% isopropyl alcohol and a soft microfibre cloth. Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. There may be a period of adjustment where the wood will move and settle down.

This is due to different climates and humidity levels. My parts are made of florid with a relatively high humidity. Living wood tends to expand and contract as it adapts to the environment in which it is located. It's natural and normal. Over time, the wood will acclimatize and settle in its original state.
