Antique Fran Ais Wine Jug, Glazed Jug, 1800's. Stoneware Pitcher

  

It is an ancient Frenchman absolutely magnificent wine jug / water pitcher from the southwest of the france. This pitcher dates back to about 1880 and is absolutely authentic. It was reportedly used by farmers in the vineyards here in the southwest of the france. It is made of terracotta and glazing.

He's in a remarkable condition for his age. Each defect is part of its unique history and I have clearly shown defects in the photos.

Nothing of this age that has been used is perfect and imperfections are an important part of the pitcher. It's 29 cm high.
