This list is for a former table paper roll distributor of the 1930s/40s. Originally used by butchers to conclude purchases with kraft paper before the invention of plastic bags. It has complex details with a turned wooden handle that has developed a beautiful aged patina.
The overall weight is light, so you can move it easily - it is not a cast iron part sold, but made with light metal. There's a handle on the side to distribute the paper. The rotation mechanism slides so that the paper can be inserted, a bit like a modern paper towel holder. Ideal for distributing paper for children's art projects. Condition: there are some rust spots inside and sticker residues. Please see pictures for more details. Total width including the handle is: 24. The total height is 14.25. The total depth is 10.5.
