Antique english bush & hall brass and iron grocery scale w / tray, weight c. Magnificent antique dressrval balance brass and iron balance with tray and weight by the well-known British balance maker bush & hall, circa 1920. Beautiful patina and desirable wear original brass tray and 6 brass weights all of a wonderful shape and proportion. Two rectangular brass platforms to maintain and balance the content of the tray. Brass handle for easy portability.

Marked bush & hall under the base. Also marked with the English registration mark with crown and 2058 on the arm. The base was probably in gold originally with the manufacturer's name in stencil and other details. The magnificent bush & hall grocery balance will look great in any use or exhibition area. Dimensions: Overall measurements are 11 h x 22 l x 10 l.

Condition: in excellent antique general condition with a slight normal wear and tear of age and use. Magnificent and desirable wear and tear the balance is heavy and robust.
