Blue enamel coffee maker with white polka dots, origin Mexico, mid-20th century.
Enamel-coated blue coffee pot with white polka dots, beautiful silhouette with a wide and pointed spout. The pointed silhouette - almost naval - of this coffee pot makes it particularly elegant and a choice decorative piece in industrial, art deco, or cruise ship style interiors. It will also find a nice place in seaside, bohemian, pop (in accumulation), or 1950s decorations. Mexican model produced in this form since the 1930s. It is not possible to date it precisely due to the absence of a brand or changes in its shape, but the patina and the lack of lid support suggest that it is rather old. Large range between the 1930s and 1970s. 476 g for 21 cm in height. Ancient condition: enamel chips and rust spots giving an antique patina to the object. The structure of the object is intact and the coffee pot remains usable (no rust inside). Basic delivery to a relay point in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
