Thank you for visiting wonderful box. Everything is sent with a tracking number and packed safely. We don't make a pen penny and we charge you what the post office charges us.
Nor can we predict how long customs can keep items for inspection. We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases where possible - just ask for a quote in advance. If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to immediately file a complaint with the delivery service.
Any insurance is void unless it is done at the time of delivery. If there is something you are not sure or if you need more information about an item please, ask before buying. Refunds are only for the price of the item and not for shipping costs and will be issued when we get the return item. If a returned object is damaged, the value loss will be deducted.
