Antique/vintage glass sand clock in a twisted brass support wooden case. Circle of curs in a pyrograph decoration that I associate with the Romania. Some wear and tear as one would expect for age and rarity. Maybe it's a cooking or play timer (for example for chess) as looks much bigger than an egg timer - it's a 2 minute timer.
