Large Tailor-made Olive Wood Charcuterie Service Board

  

Charcuterie in solid olive wood handmade or service board with beautiful grain pattern. Made from a single piece of Italian olive wood and is the only of its kind.

The board was specially selected and was cut, planed, rounded edges and all the board sanded to a super smooth finish. The board measures 71 cm long and 26 cm at its widest point. Finished with mineral oil safe for food. Handcrafted in olive wood this board is practical and unique.

Clean by hand, with hot water and soap. Do not put it in the dishwasher and do not let it immerse in water. Oil it from time to time with sunflower oil or mineral oil (food quality), rubbing it with a wiper. Do not use olive oil as it becomes rancid with time. Reoiling will prevent the wood from drying out and bring the grain back to life. Note: This is for advice only; items photographed on the table are not for sale.
