Please choose flat stove or gas stove w / sides. This is a hand stained and hand painted noodle board design is curved on the lower edges for a pleasant flat fit to cover your pan top. If you need 2 1/2 sides to adapt to a gas stove please let us know in the comments section at the caisse.
