The rails are available in two sizes: 24 and 36 and are shipped free of charge.

Items must bear the postmark no later than 14 days to receive a refund. If it is posted after, we will not be able to issue the refund.

The articles must be in their original sealed state. Due to the nature of unpainted brass and the effect of air exposure and human handling on the product, an open packaging cannot be resold. If you return an open package, we will not be able to issue a refund. Upon return, the initial cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the refund amount.

In addition, any custom pot rail, vanity or item modified specifically for you is not returnable. Many of our products are supplied with apparent screws for installation.
